As we all adjust to the changes brought on by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we hope that you and your families, friends and coworkers all remain safe and healthy.

Nicor Home Solutions has robust business continuity plans that are being implemented to uphold our commitments. Safety is always one of our top priorities, and we want to let you know that we’re taking a number of steps to help prevent the spread of the disease. Nicor Home Solutions is also closely following the CDC’s and state and local authorities’ guidance.

We have requested that our service professionals and employees take the following steps:
  • Enhanced Cleanliness Protocols: Increase the frequency of sanitization of any shared or on-the-job equipment and vehicles and perform additional cleaning and disinfecting steps, including wiping down all surfaces at the work site before and after work is performed.
  • Practice Social Distancing: Attempt to avoid direct contact with others (i.e. handshakes) and to stay approximately six feet from the nearest person, as well as limit travel and avoid gatherings in any common areas or large groups.
  • Personal Hygiene Preparedness: Use personal protective equipment as needed, and stay home if sick.

  • Service Work: We will do all we can to service your claim as quickly and professionally as we can. We ask you to please understand that delays — on the phone and in providing service in your home — may be unavoidable.
  • Online Tools: Nicor Home Solutions offers many online tools and resources to manage your account and help you stay connected. Visit our website and log into your account.
  • Safety Protocols: If you request service in your home, in order to protect our service professionals and employees, you may be asked several pre-screening questions to best assess how to service your request.
