I had a very, very good experience—from the people on the telephone to the technician that came to the house. As soon as the tech walked in the house to fix my furnace, he was asking me questions on the noises it was making, on the vibrations, etc. He knew what it was right away and went right to the problem. The company located the part that was needed and came back to finish the repair the same day. I was thrilled. So it was a very, very, very good experience.
All the people I spoke to that day, none of them had an attitude. The people in the call center really went out of their way to try to help. And even though the people were professional, they had congeniality, and I appreciated that.
They made my day. They were above and beyond, customer-oriented, and they evidently are enjoying what they do.
When there’s a problem, I can pick up the phone and call them and I know someone’s coming out. I’ve been a customer for a long time, and I’ve recommended their services to the people across the street who just moved in and to people on the cul-de-sac—even told my sister.
