This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your information.

AWR/Oncourse Home Solutions may disclose information about you if we become subject to a subpoena or court order or if we are otherwise legally required to disclose such information. AWR/Oncourse Home Solutions may disclose your personal information as part of a corporate business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, divestiture, sale of company assets, or in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership. When corresponding with AWR/PHR or our representatives, or making a request for information or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you choose what information to supply, what questions to pose and comments to make, whether you wish to receive further information and by what method of communication such information should be delivered. Data Security
AWR/PHR takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect information transmitted via or stored on the Site and transmitted to and from the Site. Nevertheless, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information that users of the Site may happen to transmit or otherwise supply, or that any communications or any electronic commerce conducted on or through the Site, is or will be totally secure. Linked Sites
For your convenience, some hyperlinks may be posted on the Site that link to other websites not under our control. We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of those sites or of any companies that we do not own or control. In addition, should you happen to initiate a transaction on a website that our Site links to, even if you reached that third party website through our Site, the information that you submit to complete that transaction becomes subject to the privacy practices of the operator of that linked website. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
California and Virginia Privacy Rights
The following provisions apply to California and Virginia Consumers, who are granted certain rights over their personal data under their respective state’s applicable laws. You have the right to exercise these rights detailed below via an authorized agent who meets the agency requirements of applicable state laws.
To access or delete specific pieces of personal information we will need to verify your identity to the degree of certainty required by law. A third party authorization form will be required to authorize third parties to make an access or deletion request on your behalf. As permitted by applicable law, any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request”). We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the consumer about whom we collected personal information.
Sale of Personal Information
We do not “sell” personal information, as the term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Rights Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
Your Right to Know, Delete, and Correct
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal data over the past 12 months. Once we receive and validate your request, we will include a list of your personal data that may have been disclosed and the categories of third parties the information may have been disclosed to.
You may request that we delete any of your personal data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is proper and necessary or if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies.
You may also request that we correct any of your personal data that has become outdated or needs correction for any reason.
If your request is approved, we will delete, correct, or deidentify the relevant information and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

NOTE: If emailing us please include “Verifiable Consumer Request” in the subject line of the email and your name and address in the body of the email.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data.
You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We endeavor to substantively respond to a Verifiable Consumer Request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt, unless we require an extension. If we reasonably require an extension we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data subject rights.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your Verifiable Consumer Request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
California’s Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Site to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Any such request must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that we are only required to respond to one Shine the Light request per consumer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the e-mail address or mailing address provided in this Policy.
Participation in Financial Incentive Programs
We will notify you in the event we offer any financial incentive for the use of your personal information. Please note that participating in incentive programs is entirely optional, you will have to affirmatively opt-in to the program and you can opt-out of each program (i.e., terminate participation and forgo the ongoing incentives) prospectively by following the instructions in the applicable program description and terms.
