Account Representative - Call Center
If you have a natural desire to engage and help people, you may really enjoy being an Account Representative at Pivotal Home Solutions in Naperville, Illinois. In this position, you not only represent our company to our customers, but you also take on the role of customer advocate. People call us when they need help with repairs and services, and it’s your job to understand what they need and help connect them with the people who will provide that help.

HVAC Service Technician
Are you an experienced HVAC technician who knows how to diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment? We're looking for refrigerant-certified technicians, with EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal. NATE certification would be a plus.
