Account Representative—Call Center
If you have a natural desire to engage and help people, you may really enjoy being an Account Representative at Pivotal Home Solutions in Naperville, Illinois. In this position, you not only represent our company to our customers, but you also take on the role of customer advocate. People who have contracts with us call when they need help, and it’s your job to understand what they need and help get them connected with the people who will provide that help.
You also need to have sales skills and be aware of opportunities to offer and sell additional products while on these calls. You need impeccable phone manners, a problem-solving attitude, patience, and a sense of humor. You also need computer and keyboarding skills, plus an ability to multitask, as you'll be interacting with our front-end user application while on calls.

HVAC Service Technician
Pivotal Home Solutions is always on the lookout for highly qualified HVAC Service Technicians. Maybe that means we’re looking for you. See if this sounds familiar:
- You’re an experienced tech who knows how to diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
- You’re refrigerant-certified, with EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal. NATE certification would be a plus.
- You’ve got a passion for customer service.
- You know you’re meeting people in their homes, often at a time of stress for them because the equipment that keeps their home comfortable and safe may need repair or replacement. That’s okay, though, because you have the skills and professionalism to cut to the heart of the issue, communicate with the customer and your office, and do what needs to be done.
- You like efficiency, whether it’s in reference to HVAC systems or your work schedule.
- Hopefully there’s a hint of sales rep in you, so you can promote our products and services when you see an opportunity.
HVAC Clean and Check Technician
As an HVAC Clean and Check Technician for Pivotal Home Solutions, your smarts and your hands help keep our customers’ heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems running as efficiently and safely as possible. You’ve got to be certified to work with refrigerant, and you need to be a graduate of an accredited HVAC program.
Your goal is our customers’ comfort, both in your courteous, professional interaction with them, and in how they feel in their homes when their equipment runs smoothly after you’ve done your work. If your equipment check reveals any issues that require additional service, you inform the customer. If you identify a safety issue, you have the knowledge and skills to address it—because safety is a high priority at all times.
Also, since you’ll already be in customers’ homes as a result of their having a contract with our company, your inner sales rep can come out and promote the other products and services we offer to help customers protect their home comfort and budget.
